By completing any online application form, you agree that Bezzit will provide you with the services you require as indicated.
A 50% deposit is required on all design fees and payment confirmation must be sent to sales@bezzit.co.za. For services with a once-off payment, work will start once payment confirmation is received. For services with monthly payments, work will start as soon as your first payment confirmation is reveived.
Website registration renewal is due annually at a cost of R75, which will be added to your account at such time. This amount may increase from time to time, without notice.
For services with a 6 month/12 month contract, you will be liable for payment for the full duration of the contract period. No early cancellation of these services will be accepted.
Please note, we may require suspension of some of our services for short scheduled periods to carry out maintenance or repair to our services.
Service Abuse - Spam Policy
We reserve the right to terminate your hosting account if it is found that the resources made available to you on your hosting account are being abused. Examples of abuse:
- Spamming - Sending of unsolicited mail.
- Providing free file storage services.
- Providing free email services via your website.
We will not allow spam to be generated from our machines - if it is found that a site is sending out spam emails, regardsless of how it is done (scripts, SMTP, contact form header injection, etc.). We will suspend the said account until we have assurance from the customer that it will not continue.
Repeat offenders will be irreversibly terminated!
Contract Period
Unless otherwise stated, the contract period is on a monthly basis. Termination can occur at any point during the month. There is no cancellation period, hence cancellation will happen on the day of the request provided all amounts owed to us are paid. If there is still an outstanding amount, the account will continue to be billed until the account is settled and the cancellation request is resent.
Payment Policies
All accounts are set up on a prepay basis. Payments must be made within 7 days of the invoice date. Customers will automatically be charged again at the end of their prepay period unless closure notification has already been given via confirmed receipt of an email to us.
Should your account fall into arrears (over 30 days), we will suspend the accounts you have with us. A re-establishment fee of R250 will be charged to have your website(s) unsuspended once payment has been made.
No bills or invoices will be sent by regular mail. All invoices will be sent directly to customers via email shortly after the purchase has been made.
All payment is in South African Rands.
Domain Registrations
An indication of a domain name being available during the order process is no guarentee that it will be secured for the client. As there is no guarentee that the domain checking script is accurate due to variations in DNS records, or the domain name may be registered by another party between the time of checking and our request going to the registrar.
Indemnification
Bezzit Enterprises reserves the right to refuse service and/or access to its servers to anyone. Bezzit Enterprises reserves the right to move your domain to a different server without previous notice. We will however make every effort to keep your sites uptime at 100% during this process.
Bezzit Enterprises does not allow any of the following content to be stored on its servers:
- Adult material - includes all pornography, erotic images, or otherwise lewd or obscene content;
- Excessive download content or non-linked content;
- Off-site backups;
- Practices relating/similar to Divination/The Occult/Astrology/Horoscopes/Crystal Reading;
- Spam, Phising and any such illegal activities.
Refusal of service based on content matching any of these criteria is entirely at the discretion of Bezzit Enterprises.
Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold Bezzit Enterprises, L Bezuidenhout, N Bezuidenhout, associated members, employees and suppliers harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney's fees asserted agains any of the above mentioned, its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by customer, its agents, employees or assigns. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Bezzit Enterprises against liabilities arising out of:
- any injury to a person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with Bezzit Enterprises' server;
- any material supplied by customer infringed or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party;
- copyright infringement; and
- any defective products sold to customer from Bezzit Enterprises' server.
Disclaimer
Bezzit Enterprises will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. Bezzit Enterprises makes no warrenties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide. Bezzit Enterprises does back up your data/website and whilst every attempt would be made in the unlikely event of any corruption or hardware failure, Bezzit Enterprises cannot guarentee to be able to replace lost data. Bezzit Enterprises disclaims any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, non deliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions cause by Bezzit Enterprises and its employees. Bezzit Enterprises reserves the right to revise its policies at any time.
